  1. Póngase de pie mirando hacia una pared a tres pies (unos 90 cm) de distancia. Dé un paso al frente hacia la pared con su pie derecho.

  2. Apoye las palmas de las manos en la pared. Flexione su rodilla derecha.

  3. Inclínese hacia adelante, manteniendo la pierna izquierda estirada y el talón izquierdo apoyado en el suelo.

  4. Sostenga por 30 a 60 segundos. Repita dos veces o según las instrucciones que haya recibido.

  5. Cambie de pierna y repita.
